I am told I have no internet connection. How can I fix this?

First, make sure you are on the latest game version and OS update for your device. Update to the latest game and OS to get the fixes for memory issues, but also do the following to help your current situation:

There may be a couple of things that may prevent you from getting a winning deal delivered to your device.

If you are running an Ad blocker program, Ad Aware, Smart Guard, Avast AVG, Ad Guard or Dashlane applications, turn it off or disable it and try again. We have seen some blockers block the port where winning deals are delivered.

You need to have connectivity to the internet in order for it to show (very important). It is possible that you will get a random deal and the star will not show, but the next hand the star may pop in again. If you lose internet connection, the star will not appear or disappear. This is the same for Daily Challenges. I see you are only seeing internal ads, so there has to be something blocking the reception of these deals.

There is a timeout built into the program that if the connection is not acceptable where a Winning Deal cannot be delivered within a very short period of time then you will be given a random deal.

Sometimes a restart of the device will flush out any issues by powering the device all the way off for 3-5 minutes, powering it back on, reestablishing the device's internet connection and seeing if you get the gold star appear.
